Confidentiality

The transactions done through PayPal for donations are completely private and secure. The information into that you enter into PayPal is completely secret and private. The staff of EliteRO do not have access to your credit card or bank account information since it can only be viewed by PayPal, therefore the transaction can be performed in complete confidentiality and are completely secure.

Refunds

EliteRO has a no refund policy regarding donation, therefore any money that is received for donations will not be refunded. In the event of a server or item wipe and items are lost, those items will be returned to the user. Items that are lost, traded, sold or deleted by accident or by a member of staff will not be replaced.

EliteRO does not return the money used to purchase a donation item when the user is "bored" of the item and wishes to replace it for another, however if the user has donated for the wrong item due to internet lag or some other circumstances within substantial reasoning, users are asked to inform a member of staff within three days of purchase for the matter to be resolved. After 3 days the staff are no longer obligated to refund the mistaken purchase for the correct item purchased.

Shipping Policy

The items will be handed to you by a member of staff once the confirmation has been made from PayPal and a receipt has been shown to the member of staff finalising the transaction.

Receipt

The receipt from your payment will be shown after the transaction. Please retain a copy of this receipt as a record of the payment. The receipt is proof that the payment has been made so please take care of it.

Payment

The transaction record is immediately sent to the EliteRO account subsequent to the payment and a member of staff will contact you within one week to arrange a time for the donations to be delivered. Any queries will be answered within week of the payment being received.
